How are the cuttings packaged?

Each cutting ships in a purpose-built clone shipper - a protective plastic case with a small LED light to keep the cutting healthy in transit.

Are these rooted or fresh cuttings?

Our cuttings come fully rooted and ready to plant. We recommend fluorescent lighting or indirect sunlight for the first week as they adjust to their new home.

Which strain is best for a beginner?

Do you ship to all provinces?

Yes - Canada-wide via Canada Post. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping.

When do orders ship?

We ship every Monday from Vancouver Island via Canada Post tracked. Orders confirmed and paid before Sunday midnight go out the following Monday.

What if my plants arrive damaged?

We take great care to ensure all plants are healthy and properly packaged before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, send us clear photos of the plants and packaging as soon as you receive them. This allows us to assess what happened during transit and make things right.

Because plant health can change quickly depending on care and environment, we're only able to evaluate issues reported within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we can't verify or cover problems reported after that timeframe.

Can two people split an order?

Absolutely - order to one address and split between friends for the best price per cutting.
